Job Description: We have requirement for the post of Stores Trainee/Organic Chemist – Synthesis/Chemist/Shift Chemist/Quality Analyst – Automation Tester/Organic Chemist – Trainee/Analytical – Reseach Associate in Oxygen Healthcare Research Pvt. Ltd (O2h) !
Responsible for maintaining inward and outward for day to day goods which arrive in store (Computerized)
Maintain minimum stock as per day to day requirement
Responsible for maintaining inventory for store and project related materials
Responsible for timely updates for material
Maintain dispatch & stock related records
Close coordination with purchase, custom, finance and R&D team
Analysis, for casting material requirement based on current and past data
Coordinate with supplier for any query i.e. invoice, material rejection
Inventory controller
Legal and safety related compliance in store
Quarterly basis stock audit, random stock verification
Inventory reconciliation
Responsible for independently handling HPLC/LC-MS /Prep HPLC/ NMR/GC any of the/combinations of instruments.
LC-MS/HPLC Method Development (NCE), analytical method development.
Responsible for troubleshooting of instruments, calibration of analytical instruments.
Liaise with the scientific team to discuss ongoing analytical work
Can Manage/overlook team of 3-4 analyst
Manage projects and communication with scientist
